WIN EURASIA 2023, THE INNOVATIVE FAIR OF THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY, WAS HELD.
The biggest international industry fair of the region, WIN EURASIA Fair, hosted 38,586 visitors and over 500 exhibitors from 102 countries between 7-10 June 2023 with the motto "Industry meets the future" at Istanbul Expo Center. WIN EURASIA made history as the first fair that introduced the 'Industry 5.0: Factory of the Future', controlled by 5G and metaverse, to the manufacturing industry in Turkey.
Hannover Fairs Turkey Fairs Inc. WIN EURASIA Fair, the regional market representative of HANNOVER MESSE, the world's most important industrial trade fair, organized by the company, was held for the 29th time at the Istanbul Expo Center between 7-10 June with the motto "Industry meets the future". With the participation of over 500 companies, the fair, which reached a gross exhibition area of 55,000 m2, hosted 38,586 buyers from 102 countries. The sector met the future at WIN EURASIA, which reinforced its international identity with the participation of Germany, Taiwan, China and Korea pavilions. At the fair, all products, technologies and solutions that may be needed for the present and future of the manufacturing industry were presented under one roof.
Procurement Delegation from 20 countries participated
Within the scope of the Buyer Delegation Program organized in cooperation with the Machinery Exporters' Association (MAİB) and the Turkish Machinery Federation (MAKFED), buyers from 20 countries participated in face-to-face meetings at WIN EURASIA and signed new commercial collaborations worth millions of euros.
The present and future of the manufacturing industry was exhibited in all its scope
At the fair, where the latest industrial automation technology was presented to the sector, the participants made profitable deals and industrial production machines were sold during the fair. The leading companies of the welding and robotic welding industry, logistics and supply chain management have launched their newest products. In the "STARKGEN Generator Special Area", progressive energy solutions in the critical and backup power sector met with the visitors at the most competitive prices, while the leading companies of the energy, electricity and electronics sector hosted their visitors.
25 different 5G usage scenarios animated for factories
The 'Industry 5.0: Factory of the Future' demo application, which was introduced to the manufacturing industry for the first time at WIN EURASIA 5G Arena, became the focus of attention of exhibitors and visitors. With the new generation communication technology 5G support and the 'Industry 5.0: Factory of the Future' demo application, which can be controlled via metaverse, 25 different usage scenarios regarding the 5G use cases that factories need the most were animated. Meta Industry world introduced for the first time
Within the scope of the "Smart Production with Metaverse" scenario, the simulation of industrial control systems and robots in the industrial production line communicated over 5G in an integrated manner with Metaverse. This new concept, called 'Meta Industry', was one of the firsts in Turkey in terms of industry.
Special theme areas and events attracted great attention
Technologies, events and demo applications exhibited in the Industry 4.0 Pavilion, Digital Factories Special Area, 5G Arena, 5G & Industry Forum Area at WIN EURASIA 2023 were followed closely by visitors and participants and were flooded with visitors. The 5G & Industry Forum Area also hosted dozens of events for 4 days. At the Metaverse Conference, it was estimated that 19.8 billion devices will communicate with IoT in 2023, and 125 billion devices will communicate via IoT and 5G in 2030.
Expert speakers at the Robot Automation and Future Conference drew attention to the fact that 70% of all robots are used in industry worldwide and that robotic technologies; It was underlined that it is radically changing the production processes and business strategies in the manufacturing industry. With the contributions of institutions such as MAKFED, KOSGEB TÜYİDER, ETMD, AKDER, Deutsche Messe & Nokia & Turkcell Digital Business Services, Eurotrans & Agma, Botek & Schneider Electric, panels and key note events focused mainly on green transformation, renewable energies and energy efficiency were followed with interest.
