Mark MİNASYAN

Born in 1974 in Istanbul, Mark Minasyan began his education at the Private Saint Michel French High School and later completed his undergraduate studies in Banking and Finance at Bilkent University.

While pursuing his university degree, Minasyan also started his professional career at the family-owned company MERT TEKNİK A.Ş., where he gained experience by working in various departments including Sales, Accounting, Marketing, and Finance. In 1999–2000, he completed a year-long commercial internship at LEGRIS INDUSTRIES, a company headquartered in Rennes, France, where he acquired international business experience.

Between 2000 and 2005, he served as the executive of MAG S.A., a company based in Athens operating in the field of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Upon returning to Turkey, he took on an active leadership role as the second-generation representative of Mert Teknik A.Ş. He currently serves as the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mert Teknik A.Ş. In addition, he holds the position of Chairman of the Board at two affiliated companies within the Mert Group: Mert Akışkan Gücü A.Ş. and PDS Planet Dişli Sistemleri A.Ş.

In parallel with his corporate responsibilities, he served as a board member in the 13th and 14th terms of AKDER – the Fluid Power Association, and in March 2025, he was elected as the Chairman for the 15th term. He is also a member of the TOBB Turkish Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Assembly.

A lifelong member of the Adalar Water Sports Club (ASSK), Minasyan played a key role in the establishment of the club’s Triathlon Branch in 2017, contributing to its official recognition as a federated division. He continues to support the club voluntarily as the Triathlon Branch Development Coordinator, focusing on training Olympic-level triathletes.

Mark Minasyan is married with two children and is fluent in French, English, and Greek.
