Beste ÖZDEŞLİK

Beste ÖZDEŞLİK was born in Istanbul in 1992. She graduated from the Private German High School in 2011 and from Koç University with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Media-Visual Arts in 2016. Between 2019 and 2020, he completed the Sabancı University Professional MBA program.

She began his professional career in 2016 as a Project Field Supervisor at Sistem Teknik Sanayi Fırınları A.Ş. Since 2019, she has been working as a General Coordinator at Sarvion Endüstriyel Mühendislik. After serving as Operations Director at Sistem Teknik between 2022 and 2023, she was appointed as a Board Member of the company in 2023.She has also been a Board Member of Aichelin ST GmbH, based in Austria, since 2023.

Beste Özdeşlik, specializing in industrial ovens, energy efficiency, carbon footprint, and machine renovation, actively works in the fields of sustainable industrial transformation and digital engineering.

Also involved in sectoral and social responsibility initiatives, Özdeşlik served as the Vice President of the Board of Directors of EFSİAD (Industrial Oven Manufacturers Association) for the period 2023-2025. She is also a Reserve Board Member of MAİB (Machinery Exporters Association) and a member of the ARYA Women Investment Platform Challenge Club, serving as the Co-President for the Kocaeli region.

She speaks English and German.
