Cem ŞANLIMEŞHUR

Born in Istanbul in 1974, Cem Şanlımeşhur graduated from Kabataş Erkek Lisesi and completed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University. He received language education in the United Kingdom in 1998 and later completed the International Executive MBA (Master) program at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland in 2015, strengthening his engineering background with a management and strategy perspective.

Şanlımeşhur began his professional career in 2000 as a Sales Engineer at GSD. In 2006, he founded Delta Vana Otomasyon company, marking the start of his entrepreneurial journey in the field of industrial automation. With the establishment of Delta Bakım in 2019, he built an integrated structure providing products, services, and maintenance support to Turkey’s leading heavy industry companies, particularly in the energy, petrochemical, iron and steel, cement, and process industries. Today, under the umbrella of Delta VN Group, the companies operate in Turkey and internationally across industrial automation, maintenance, agriculture, and tourism.

Coming from a family background with a long-standing tradition in trade, this experience later converged with his engineering and industrial expertise. Agricultural investments were developed under Delta Topraksız Tarım, focusing on blueberry production through a technology- and efficiency-driven approach. In addition, through the Epic Escape Homes brand, investments are made in historical buildings and residential properties both domestically and internationally, operating them within the short-term rental segment. These activities are positioned as complementary, high-quality investment areas alongside the Group’s core industrial focus.

Cem Şanlımeşhur currently serves as the 11th Term Chairman of the Board of ENOSAD (Industrial Automation Manufacturers Association).

He is a Congress Member of Fenerbahçe Sports Club and a father of three.
