Osman Fatih İĞREK

Osman Fatih İğrek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and began his professional career at İğrek Makina in 2003. Starting from foundry operations, he gradually assumed key responsibilities in shaping the company’s engineering, technology, and production vision.

With over two decades of experience as a Board Member and Technical Managing Director, F. Igrek has led İğrek Makina’s strategic transformation from a traditional foundry structure into an advanced CNC machine tool manufacturer. He has overseen critical processes ranging from facility investments and the establishment of R&D organizations to the development of design, high-precision assembly, and quality assurance teams, as well as the realization of proprietary machine platforms.

His research activities in machine tools, CNC technologies, and advanced manufacturing systems are supported by international conference publications and patent applications. By integrating data analytics and business intelligence into decision-making processes, he focuses on strengthening sustainable growth and global competitiveness.

As of 2025, Osman Fatih İğrek serves as the President of the Board of the Machine Manufacturers Association (MİB). He also represents Türkiye as a Delegate to CECIMO – the European Association of the Machine Tool Industries, contributing to the international positioning and strategic development of the Turkish machine manufacturing sector.
