Kadir EFE

He was born in 1964 in Sütlüce, Şebinkarahisar. He graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University.

Since 1983, Mr. Kadir Efe has served as a founding partner and senior executive in the iron and steel, metal casting, machining, port operations, and logistics warehousing sectors.

Since 1998, he has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Efesan Group Companies.

He served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Istanbul Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters’ Association between 2002 and 2010, a Member of the Board of Directors of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry between 2009 and 2012, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Foundry Association (TÜDOKSAD) between 2018 and 2022.

Since 2022, he has continued to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Foundry Association (TÜDOKSAD), a member of the Iron and Steel and Hot Rolled Products Industry Group 36th Professional Committee at the Istanbul Chamber of Industry, and a member of the Assembly of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry.

Kadir Efe is a member of TÜSİAD and speaks English.

He is married and has two children.
