Murat AKYÜZ

Born in Istanbul in 1973. Graduated from the University of Brighton in the UK in 1993 with a degree in International Trade. Since graduation, has held various positions at the family company, Ak Makina Sanayi Ltd. Has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company since 2013. Simultaneously, is the Founding Partner and Member of the Board of Directors of Mode Medikal Sanayi Ltd., which has been operating in Türkiye, Germany and the UK for over 10 years and is engaged in the production and export of dental implants.

Has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the Machine Tools Industrialists and Business Association (TİAD) since 2007 and served as the Vice President of the Board of Directors between 2015 and 2023. Has been the President of the Board of Directors since 2023. Additionally, represents the sector as a member in numerous NGOs such as MÜSİAD, PAGEV, UKUB and ROBODER, as well as in the TOBB Türkiye Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Council.
