Osman Güler
Osman Güler was born in 1962 in Kardzhali, Bulgaria. He graduated from Sofia Technical University as an Electronics Engineer. In 1989, Güler immigrated to Türkiye with his family and settled in Bursa.
Osman Güler began his business life in 1990 with Güler Elektronik, which provided electronic service and spare parts to the textile sector. In 1995, he institutionalized the company structure with the name of ELEKTROTEKS , first focusing on the manufacturing of special-purpose machines, and later specializing in mattress machines, complete mattress production lines, and the foam industry. In 2024, he also acquired the German company Mammut, which has a 152-year history in the production of quilting machines, and included it within his organization.
Elektroteks has its own companies and branches in various locations including Türkiye, Germany, the United States, India, Bulgaria, and Brazil, and exports to approximately 140 countries. About 95 percent of Elektroteks’ production is exported.
Osman Güler is currently the Chairman of the Board of Elektroteks, which is the world’s largest company in the field of mattress manufacturing machines. He also serves as the President of the International Bedding Industry Association (IBIA).
In addition, he continues to serve as the Founding President of KIRCAALİSİAD, the Association of Executives, Industrialists, and Businesspeople of origin from Bulgaria. Osman Güler is also a member of BUSIAD, Balkantürksiad, BİZSİAD, Kayapa Organized Industrial Zone, BALGÖÇ, and BEV
